Seller rules
Version 2026-10-17. Plain words. If a change ever lowers what you're paid, you get 30 days' notice first.
What you're paid
An app sets the share of each sale it pays (its commission). You get 70% of that share; at Pro, 85%. Pro is earned with 5 cleared sales in 90 days, never bought. A post with you on camera earns the app's higher on-camera rate once a person has checked it's you. We never promise what you'll earn.
When a sale counts
- A buyer clicks your link or uses your code, and buys within 30 days.
- The buyer is new to the app, unless the app says it pays for returning customers too.
- It isn't you: a sale to yourself, or a click from your own phone, doesn't count.
When you're paid
A sale is held through the app's refund window. Then it's cleared and yours: if the buyer is refunded after that, you keep it. Payouts go out on Fridays once they open. Your first payout has no minimum; after that it's US$50. A chargeback (a bank reversing a payment) is taken from future payouts, never billed to you as a debt.
If a sale is refused
You'll see why, in plain words, with the sale's signed receipt. You can dispute it within 14 days: pick a reason and tell us what happened. Never send a buyer's personal details. The app has 5 business days to answer and we decide within 10. If the app doesn't answer about a business reason (a returning customer), you win. Up to 3 disputes can be open at once.
A buyer refunded inside the app's refund window isn't a refusal: the sale shows as Refunded in your sales, and there's nothing to dispute.
What every post must do
- Say it's an ad: keep #ad in the caption and turn on the platform's paid-partnership label.
- Only say you use the app if you really do.
- No fake reviews, no AI people pretending to be customers, no promises about results the app doesn't make.
Who can sell
You must be 18 or over to be paid.
